Al’s career is marked by a passion for refining processes, integrating best practices, and achieving significant cost savings through WFM initiatives. His leadership extends to advising senior executives, building high-performing teams, and fostering lasting client partnerships.

Jon Denton
Jon Denton is a highly talented workforce management professional with 25 years of experience in the industry and over 65 successful WFM projects spanning multiple industry verticals. He began his career on the customer side, managing WFM departments at GameStop and RadioShack before transitioning to the software side. Jon has since worked with leading companies like Ultimate Kronos Group, Infor WFM, and Legion Technologies. His expertise is focused on optimizing workforce strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business performance improvements. Known for building strong, lasting client relationships, Jon has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the workforce management space.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys golfing, staying active through fitness, and spending quality time with his family, maintaining a healthy balance between his professional and personal life.

Chris Kalgren
Chris Kalgren brings 20 years of expertise in WFM. As Head of Technology & Innovation at Alliance WFM, he is dedicated to transforming how organizations approach labor planning and operational efficiency. His career spans roles in engineering, consulting, sales, and product management, giving him a unique ability to identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and reduce costs.
Chris’s career highlights include leading organizational, process and technology transformations for the world’s largest retailers and leading go-to-market, product and industry solutions WFM software vendor.
He has deep expertise in labor engineering, labor budgeting, workload planning, advanced forecasting, scheduling, analytics, systems design and configuration.
Based in Minneapolis, Chris and his family enjoy the many lakes and natural wonders of Minnesota, food, friends and continuous basketball tournaments.
